Priority Pyramid for Business
When developing a budget for my business, I like to start with the items that are biggest priority for me to feel joy and less like I’m working.
Then I move on to the expenses that I’m required to pay.
Next, I ask myself the question, how much must I earn to be able to afford all the items I would like to include.
I call this process budgeting backwards. And I developed a framework called the priority pyramid to consider all the items in my budget. Check it out.
